AI Visibility & Digital Strategy · Cortona, Tuscany

More guests from the travelers who ask AI first.

Tourists ask ChatGPT before they ask Google — where to stay, what to do, where to eat and taste near you. I make sure the answer includes your business, with real evidence, not guesses.

Free. No call required. You get the exact questions, so you can check it yourself.

AI Visibility in Tuscany

The problem

Sound familiar?

None of this shows up in your analytics. That’s what makes it expensive.

You’re not in the answer

A traveler asks ChatGPT where to stay, eat or spend a day near Cortona. A few names come back. Yours isn’t one of them — and nothing in your analytics will ever tell you it happened.

A weaker competitor is winning it

AI doesn’t recommend the best business. It recommends the one it can read, verify and quote with confidence. That is very often not the better business — just the better-structured one.

Your site was built for 2019

It loads fine, ranks fine, looks fine. But an AI assistant can’t work out what you sell, who you serve or why you’re trustworthy — so it quietly skips you and names someone else.

How it works

Three steps. No discovery call.

Each step has a finish line you can check yourself — so you always know whether it’s actually done.

1

You tell me what you sell, and who to.

Ten minutes, in writing. Your site, your market, your three real competitors. No kickoff call, no questionnaire marathon.

Done when: I can describe your business back to you in one sentence and you’d say “yes, that’s it”.

2

I ask the engines what your customers ask.

Real questions an American traveler would actually type, run logged out across ChatGPT, Google’s AI (Gemini + AI Overviews), Perplexity and Copilot — plus your Google Maps and Business Profile presence. Dated screenshots, no tool scores.

Done when: you can see, in evidence, where you appear, where you don’t, and who is taking the answer instead.

3

You get a fix list, in priority order.

What to change, in what order, and what each change is supposed to move. Written so your web person — or you — can act on it without me.

Done when: you could hand the list to a stranger and they’d know exactly what to do first.

What you actually get

Six things this is — and isn’t.

Evidence, not estimates

Not a score from a plugin. Dated screenshots from real engines, run logged out, so there’s no personalised bias.

A fix list, not a slide deck

Not forty pages to admire and file away. A short ordered list of changes, each with the result it’s meant to move.

Someone who lives here

Not an agency six time zones away. I’m in Cortona. I can drive to your property and see what a guest sees.

Native-level English

Not Italian copy pushed through a translator. Written the way your American guests actually read, ask and search.

One person accountable

Not a ticket queue and a rotating project manager. You write to me, and I’m the one who answers and who’s responsible.

Transparent AI use, not a black box

Not “proprietary methodology”. I’ll tell you which tool did what, and where my own judgement replaced the machine’s.

Why me

I run the businesses I’m describing.

I built a life in Tuscany from nothing — no local network, no capital, just showing up in a country that wasn’t mine. Today I run five businesses from Cortona, and every one of them uses AI as operating infrastructure, not as a feature.

That’s the whole basis of this work. I’m not selling you a method I read about. I’m selling you the one I run my own companies on — and you can go and check it, because those companies are public.

“AI is not a feature. It’s not a trend. It’s infrastructure. I use it every day to run real businesses in a real place — and I do it openly, because transparency is the only advantage that can’t be copied.”

How we work together

Start free. Grow from there.

This isn’t a menu of one-off jobs — it’s a path. Find out where you stand, get the foundation right, then keep building. You can start anywhere and stop anywhere; you’re never locked in, and each step is quoted by scope.

AI Visibility Snapshot

See whether AI assistants recommend you or your competitors. No cost, no call, no obligation — and genuinely useful even if we never work together.

01See the whole picture

AI Visibility Audit

A multi-engine audit with real, logged-out screenshots: where you appear, where you don’t, and exactly what’s costing you the answer. This is the map everything else follows.

02Get the fundamentals right

Foundation

We fix what the audit found — your Google Business Profile, your site’s structure, and the content an AI needs before it will trust you enough to name you out loud. The base everything else stands on.

03Build outward

Growth

We expand from the base: more of the questions your customers actually ask, more engines, more of the answers — turning “occasionally mentioned” into “usually recommended.”

04Hold the ground

Ongoing

Monthly re-checks against the live engines and continued work, so a model update or a competitor’s move doesn’t quietly undo it. Optional — and only once you have something worth protecting.

Most people start at 00. Where you go after that depends on what the snapshot finds — and there’s no obligation to go anywhere.

Fit

Who this is for.

This is for you if

  • You’re the owner or founder, and the decision is genuinely yours
  • You control the budget and the direction
  • The business already makes money — this is about growing it, not starting it
  • American guests or customers matter to your revenue
  • You value clarity and decisive action over reassurance

This isn’t for you if

  • What you want is “just a cheap website”
  • The first question is the price, before the problem
  • You’re pre-revenue, or the project is still an idea
  • You’re comparing tools and hourly rates rather than outcomes
  • You’re looking for motivation, validation or a course

If you recognise yourself on both sides, this probably isn’t the right moment — and I’d rather say that now than after you’ve paid.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Is this just SEO with a new name?

No. SEO decides whether you appear in a list of ten blue links. This decides whether you appear inside a single answer, where there is no list and usually no second place. The work overlaps — clean structure and clear content help both — but the target is different. An AI assistant has to be able to identify you, understand what you offer, and be confident enough to name you out loud. Ranking third for a keyword does none of that.

How is this different from a tool that gives me an AI visibility score?

A score is a number a tool invented. What I give you is what the engines actually said, in screenshots, on a date, logged out. Tools estimate by scraping proxies. I run the real questions your customers would ask, across ChatGPT, Google’s AI (Gemini and AI Overviews), Perplexity and Copilot, without being logged in. You get the question set too — so you can repeat it yourself in three months and check whether anything moved.

Do I need a new website for this?

Usually not. Most of the time the site is fine and the problem is that nothing on it tells a machine what you sell, who you serve, or why you’re credible. That’s a content and structure fix, not a rebuild. If a rebuild really is the right answer I’ll say so — and I’ll say why, in terms of what it’s expected to change, not in terms of how the current one looks.

What does it cost?

It’s quoted per engagement, after I’ve seen your situation — because the honest answer depends on how much is already in place. The first step is free and has no obligation attached, and it’s deliberately useful on its own: even if you never hire me, you’ll know whether AI recommends you and who it recommends instead. If the scope turns out to be bigger than the value, I’ll tell you that rather than sell you the bigger version.

Why trust anything AI says, when AI makes things up?

Because I’m not asking AI for the truth. I’m recording what it tells your customers — which is a fact about your business, whether or not it’s accurate. If ChatGPT confidently names a competitor instead of you, that is happening to real travelers making real decisions right now. The hallucination isn’t a reason to ignore the answer; it’s part of the problem you’re paying to fix.

My business is in Italy but my customers are American. Does that change anything?

It changes almost everything, and it’s the specific case I’m built for. Americans ask different questions, in different words, with different assumptions about distance, driving, food and time. I live in Cortona, I work in English natively, and I test the engines the way an American would actually use them — from the outside, not from inside your market.

Stop guessing whether AI recommends you.

Ten minutes of your time, three working days of mine, and you’ll know exactly where you stand — and what to do about it.

No obligation. No sales call. No mailing list.
